Multifunctional electrochemical in situ X-ray diffraction device

1. Product use

1) The device is suitable for lithium-ion battery, lithium-sulfur battery, sodium ion battery, water potassium ion battery and other systems

Electrochemical in-situ XRD test of positive and negative electrode materials;

2. Technical parameters

1) The device adopts O-ring seal, which is well sealed and can carry out long-term XRD diffraction test under cyclic test conditions;

2) The device is made of 316L high-quality stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance, the overall size is 50 mm and the overall thickness is about 19 mm;

3) Conventional test Angle range 2theta=10°-100° (minimum can reach 5°);

4) Device window material: high purity beryllium window, window can be customized according to user needs (metal, non-metal X-ray window);

4) The battery can be reused, the mold is easy to install, and the test consistency is good;

5) The device design is flexible, good scalability, can be adapted to different diffractometers according to user requirements
