Lithium‑ion in‑situ Raman Cell (PEEK)

In‑situ Raman spectroscopy test cell for batteries
1. Product purpose
1) It is widely applicable to electrochemical in‑situ Raman spectroscopy research on cathode/anode materials of lithium‑ion batteries, sodium‑ion batteries and potassium‑ion batteries.
2) The cell is suitable not only for in‑situ Raman characterization during charge‑discharge processes, but also for phase‑transition studies during cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry tests.
3) The cell enables dynamic spectral monitoring of continuous changes in electrochemical reactions. It is suitable for sealed‑system research as well as static monitoring of air‑sensitive samples.
4) The cell can be extended to Raman imaging research on electrode surfaces.
5) Combined measurements of Raman spectroscopy with mass spectrometry or gas chromatography are available as extended functions.
2. Product features
1) Cavity diameter: 50 mm, thickness: 18 mm; window thickness: 0.5 mm, window diameter: 8 mm.
The sample is attached to the window, and the mountable sample diameter is 18 mm (sample diameter adjustable).
2) The cavity is sealed with an O‑ring to provide reliable sealing performance for long‑term cyclic tests outside the glove box.
3) The cavity body is made of PEEK, featuring acid‑alkali resistance and high‑temperature resistance.
4) Reusable device, easy‑to‑operate, compact‑sized and convenient for assembly and disassembly.
5) Replaceable optical windows: sapphire, quartz glass.
6) The optical window provides high light transmittance with low signal loss.
7) Laser spot focusing can maximize Raman signal intensity. Compatible with most mainstream Raman instruments without equipment modification, and suitable for lasers of various wavelengths.
