1. Product purpose
1) The device is suitable for electrochemical in‑situ XRD tests on cathode and anode materials of lithium‑ion batteries, lithium‑sulfur batteries, sodium‑ion batteries, aqueous potassium‑ion batteries and other systems.
2) Transmission XRD expansion is available. Improved mold design can be carried out on demand to realize efficient synchrotron‑radiation XRD measurement.
2. Technical parameters
1) Sealed with an O‑ring for excellent sealing performance, the device supports long‑term X‑ray diffraction tests under cyclic‑test conditions.
2) The device is fabricated from high‑grade 316L stainless steel with good corrosion resistance. Overall dimension: 50 mm, total thickness: approx. 19 mm.
3) Conventional test angular range: 2theta = 10°‑100° (minimum 5°).
4) Window material: high‑purity beryllium window. Custom‑made X‑ray windows (metallic or non‑metallic) are available upon request.
5) Reusable battery cell, convenient mold installation and excellent test repeatability.
6) Flexible design and good expandability. The device can be adapted to different diffractometer models according to user requirements.
