Device purpose:
1. The device is suitable for electrochemical in‑situ XRD tests on cathode and anode materials of lithium‑ion batteries, lithium‑sulfur batteries, sodium‑ion batteries and aqueous zinc‑ion batteries.
2. The device can perform electrochemical in‑situ X‑ray measurements under temperature‑controlled conditions.
Device parameters:
1. The device consists of a temperature controller, in‑situ cell cavity and heating system (upper‑computer software is optional).
2. Temperature‑control range: room temperature‑100 ℃; temperature‑control accuracy: less than 0.3 ℃.
3. Resistive heating is used. The sensor is placed underneath the sample to reflect its real‑time temperature variation.
4. The main body is made of polymer material with favorable heat‑resistance, insulation property, corrosion resistance and high‑temperature resistance.
5. Easy‑to‑operate and simple to install with excellent test repeatability, which prevents experimental deviations caused by different operating habits.
6. Simple‑to‑operate, compact‑sized, easy to assemble and disassemble, and reusable.
7. Overall dimensions: 68 mm × 48 mm × 26 mm.
8. The device adopts an imported high‑purity beryllium window.
9. Fitted with an adjustment conversion platform and sample‑stage transition bracket, the device is compatible with various diffractometer models.
