In‑situ XRD test cell for batteries (Kapton)
1. Product purpose
1) The device is suitable for electrochemical in‑situ XRD tests on cathode and anode materials of lithium‑ion batteries, lithium‑sulfur batteries, sodium‑ion batteries, aqueous zinc‑ion batteries and other systems.
2) Transmission XRD expansion is available. Improved mold design can be carried out on demand to realize efficient synchrotron‑radiation XRD measurement.
2. Technical parameters
1) Sealed with an O‑ring for excellent sealing performance, the device supports long‑term X‑ray diffraction tests under cyclic‑test conditions.
2) The device is fabricated from high‑grade 316L stainless steel with good corrosion resistance. Overall dimension: 50 mm, total thickness: approx. 19 mm.
3) Conventional test angular range: 2theta = 10°‑100° (minimum 5°).
4) Window material: Kapton film, non‑toxic and corrosion‑resistant.
The cell is reusable, easy to operate, convenient for mold installation and features excellent test repeatability.
5) Flexible design and good expandability. The device can be adapted to different diffractometer models according to user requirements.
